A.5 Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic/Public Affairs Passports

  1. Diplomatic or Public Affairs Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of filing;
  2. Two copies of application form, duly accomplished in English;
  3. Two passport-size photos;
  4. Invitation letter and affidavit of support from the Philippine sponsor;
  5. Visa fee: RMB250 (note: the visa fee is waived if the sponsor is a Philippine government agency); and
  6. Processing time is three (3) working days from the date of filing the duly completed requirements.
