Requirements for a Temporary Visitor's Visa for thePurpose of Visiting relatives
Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months at the time of filing;
Two copies of application form, duly accomplished in English;
Two passport-size photos;
Affidavit of Undertaking by the Relative in the Philippines, duly notarized and authenticated by the authentication officers of the Office of the President and the Department of Foreign Affairs;
Proof of financial capacity to travel (newly-opened bank account is not applicable);
Confirmed return or outbound airline ticket;
Visa fee: RMB 250;
Processing time is three (3) working days from the date of filing the duly completed requirements;
Applicants who are 65 years and above must submit medical or doctor's certificate that the applicant is able to travel to and from the Philippines;
Applicants aged 15 years and below who are not accompanied by parents need to secure a waiver from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and Deportation; and
